We want you to be completely satisfied with your Forged Performance purchase.
For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel/return it. After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the applicable statutory return period.
Products should be returned unworn and unused, in their original condition, with original tags/labels attached where applicable, and with original packaging where reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or is incorrect, the customer should contact Forged Performance as soon as possible with the order number and photographs. Where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or return in accordance with statutory consumer rights.
Once a return has been received and inspected, notify the customer regarding the refund. Approved refunds should be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
