Display product colours, descriptions, specifications and images as accurately as reasonably possible. Note that colours may vary depending on lighting, photography and the customer’s device or screen.
All prices are in GBP (£). Show the total payable, including applicable delivery charges, before order confirmation. Price/promotional changes do not affect accepted orders unless required to correct an obvious pricing error.
An order submission does not necessarily mean acceptance. Orders may be refused/cancelled where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, incorrect information is supplied, there is an obvious pricing/listing error, or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected. Refund any payment taken for an order subsequently cancelled.
Payment must be made using an available checkout payment method. Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment is successfully authorised.
Deliver orders to the address supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless the delivery service expressly provides a guarantee.

The Forged Performance name, FP logo, product designs, website graphics, photographs and other original brand material must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission where protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Promotional codes may have additional conditions. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined with another promotion, and may be withdrawn or changed where permitted.
The website is intended to remain available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply, subject to applicable law.
